Timeline[]
LovelyLagrande was the first person to create a website for DashCraft, with her revolutionary record counter, DashCraft Thingy (no longer working due to the 1.0 servers being shut down), back in June 2023. This was the first time ever that there was a way to have competition beyond just the leaderboard of one track, and got a lot of new players in to grinding verified tracks. In May of 2024, Phantom created his own website, DashCraft Stuff (the old version), because there were some useful features that were missing from Lovely's. The most appealing feature from this website was the player lookup section, which allowed people to see which tracks they had the worst position on in order to improve their score on the in-game global leaderboard. It also had its own leaderboard with a different formula as well as a version of the in game leaderboard that updated in real time. Eventually, DashCraft Stuff got a remake (linked below) because Phantom got tired of working with the messy code of the original. This remake has a much cleaner UI as well as some new features. DashCraft Thingy also got a remake (also linked below), however it was almost entirely visual changes.
Websites[]
These websites work by fetching data from the game's servers and displaying it in a more useful way.
- https://phantomlnfinity.github.io/dashcraft-stuff-v2/: A multi-purpose website with multiple different leaderboards for both building and racing, looking up anybody's profile, a track browser with multiple useful sorting options, and more to come!
- https://lovelylagrande.github.io/Dashcraft-thingy-3/: A nicely refurbished version of the first ever DashCraft leaderboard website. This website only has a world record counter and track lookup, but it can still be useful sometimes.
- https://cwcinc.github.io/DashMap/: Shows a top down view of any track as well as a line for every ghost in the top 10.
- https://phantomlnfinity.github.io/DashMap_Ripoff/: A less clean version of the above which is also missing the ghost viewing feature, but it has a layer-by-layer mode which can be useful for solving mazes.
Extensions[]
These chrome extensions will add a feature to the game or tweak something. You'll need to be able to enable developer mode on the top right of chrome://extensions, so check if you're able to do that.
- https://github.com/Phantomlnfinity/DashCraft-Tools/: The main purpose of this extension is to allow you to import custom tracks, transfer tracks to a new account, or rotate and move your entire track. It also lets you switch between any accounts you've signed into previously without going through the email verification, and more features will come in the future.
- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_hf3S2FjvEs (DashMods): This extension puts a minimap in the corner of your screen, similar to DashMap but in extension form.
