Bugslide:[]
After the 2.13.0 physics update, people discovered that by angling your car at around 45 degrees or sharper by drifting, the car would get grip and turn more sharply than normal while keeping most of your speed. This was most likely made possible by the changes that were made in order to make drifting faster. This is very similar to the Trackmania bug with the same name. Bugslides technically work at any speed, however at lower speeds you slow down very quickly.
This lead to the discovery of the fan-dubbed:
The Zoomies:[]
Name coined by F0xy_God and also known as a Speed Drift, was discovered by IceBryker the same day that 2.13.0 was released. It was found that by doing a bugslide at very high speeds you would gain speed exponentially. This allowed you to up to around 4500 speed, 10 times more than what you can get with normal driving, and the only limit is the size of the stadium. The Zoomies work best at lower angles, just above 45 degrees, but as your speed gets higher you're able to do a sharper turn while still gaining speed. You need to have at least 280 on grass or 370 speed on a road in order to gain speed, but it's much easier with higher speed.
While The Zoomies may seem groundbreaking, allowing for insanely high speeds, because it requires high speed and enough space, and because it can be very hard to control, it's only useful on a few tracks.
